Customizer

Our online create-your-own tool.


1. Open the Customizer and click on the “Product” button in the vertical left-hand column. (Bottom of the page on mobile.) Choose your product.

2. Click on the Upload button in the vertical left-hand column. (Bottom of the page on mobile.) Upload an image or drag & drop from your computer.

Please note: if the quality of your uploaded image does not meet the print requirements, you will receive an error and be unable to use the image.


PIXEL FILE REQUIREMENTS:

PNG, JPG, BMP or GIF file format
Image resolution at least 200 dpi for apparel
Image resolution at least 400 dpi for non-apparel
Maximum size 4000 x 4000 pixels
Maximum file size 10 MB
*Make your image background transparent if you do not want it to be printed.


VECTOR FILE REQUIRMENTS:
*Shirt Sleeves, Hoods & Clothing w/ zippers can only be printed with vector files in Flex ink.

SVG, AI, EPS and CDR file format
Maximum size 15 x 15 inches
Recommend size 11 x 11 inches 
Minimum line diameter 0.06 inches
Maximum of 3 colors
Each color is a separate layer
Objects and text must be paths
Curves must be completely closed and do not overlap

Shipping policy

Free shipping worldwide on all orders over $100.

USPS Standard Shipping:
3-8 business days
Tracking provided.
Includes Saturday delivery.
*Alaska/Hawaii may require extra time.

Rest of the World:
3-18 business days
No tracking provided. 
*May be subject to import taxes, customs, and duties upon delivery.

Returns and exchanges

All non-customized unworn items may be returned risk-free within 30 days of delivery.

Customized products may only be replaced for the following reasons:

1. The product was misprinted
2. The product was damaged (excluding damages during delivery)
3. The product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.).
